Indiana Wind Symphony “Hollywood & Halloween Treats”

The IWS celebrates Halloween and Hollywood by combining movie music from some of Hollywood’s most acclaimed composers with themes that will conjure up frightening spirits. Included is Ghost Train, an entertaining tour-de-force for concert band composed by Eric Whitacre, one of the most successful American composers of the past decade.
Adding even more excitement to the program are the world premieres of Butler University’s Composer in Residence Michael Schelle’s latest, yet-to-be-named work and Fugue and Variations in F by Jan Pavel.
